Commission Publishes New Book Containing the Amended Mine Act and Commission Rules


The Commission has published a book containing the following information:

  1. Titles I, II, III, and V of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 (Mine Act) as amended by the provisions of the Mine Improvement and New Emergency Response Act of 2006 (MINER Act);
  2. The Commission's Procedural Rules; and
  3. The Commission’s Equal Access to Justice Rules.
