Abstract:  Commission meetings, as defined in 29 C.F.R. 2701.1(b), are recorded electronically.  Audio recordings of Commission meetings open to the public are available to interested persons on the premises of the Commission’s headquarters in audio CD format (601 New Jersey Ave., N.W., Suite 9500, Washington, D.C.), and on the Commission’s website in Windows Media audio file format (Windows Media Player required) at www.fmshrc.gov.

Part 2702.
