Abstract:  Periodic indices of orders and decisions by FMSHRC administrative law judges and the Review Commission were issued in bound volumes every one or more years until 1999.  Thereafter, annual indices are issued in the final bound volume of FMSHRC decisions at the end of each calendar year.

Availability:  Indices covering periods from March 9, 1978 to December 31, 1999 are available as separate bound volumes and may be purchased by contacting the Commission’s Docket Office in writing or by telephone or facsimile.  Beginning in 2000, annual indices are included in the final volume of FMSHRC decisions for each calendar year and are available for purchase from the U.S. Government Printing Office.  In addition, the indices are maintained and available in the Commission’s library (601 New Jersey Ave., N.W., Suite 9500, Washington, D.C.).
