Abstract:  The FMSHRC Internet Site provides an access point to obtain information about the Commission including recent developments involving the Commission, guidance on the Commission’s procedural rules, how to subscribe to bound volumes of Commission decisions, the Commission’s strategic plan, budget and annual performance reports, the Commission’s equal employment opportunity policies, and Commission cases pending on appeal in the Courts of Appeals.  It is the entry point for access to FMSHRC decisions, Court of Appeals decisions of FMSHRC cases, Commission rules, the Mine Act and implementing regulations, the MINER Act, an annual index of Commission cases, the Commission’s FOIA Guide, and the Commission’s Government Information Locator Service records.
