EEO Data Posted Pursuant to the No Fear Act

Section 301 of the Notification and Federal Employees Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (the No Fear Act) requires each federal agency to post summary statistical data pertaining to complaints of employment discrimination filed against the agency by employees, former employees and applicants for employment for each quarter of the current fiscal year and the year-end data for the past five years.

The Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission has no reportable activity for the past five years or through the third quarter of fiscal year 2006.
