Compliance and Open Government Resources
Overview
The Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission (FMSHRC) is committed to transparency, accountability, and public participation. Through our Open Government resources, we provide the public with access to information about our operations, performance, and compliance initiatives.
Transparency & Accountability
We strive to make Commission activities accessible and understandable. Our goal is to ensure the public has meaningful insight into how FMSHRC fulfills its mission under the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977.
Compliance with Federal Guidance
In support of the Administration’s directives on open government, transparency, and responsible use of emerging technologies, FMSHRC publishes key compliance and policy plans.
Compliance Resources
OMB directs each agency in M-25-21 to submit to OMB and post publicly on the agency’s website either:
- A compliance plan to achieve consistency with OMB’s memorandum, or
