Overview

The Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission (FMSHRC) is committed to transparency, accountability, and public participation. Through our Open Government resources, we provide the public with access to information about our operations, performance, and compliance initiatives.

OMB directs each agency in M-25-21 to submit to OMB and post publicly on the agency’s website either:

• A compliance plan to achieve consistency with OMB’s memorandum, or
• A written determination that the agency does not use and does not anticipate using covered AI.
