On January 17, 2025, the Commission published in the Federal Register a final rule revising many of its procedural rules.  90 Fed. Reg. 5610.  The publication provided that the Commission would accept comments received by February 18, 2025, and the rules would be effective on March 3, 2025.  This morning the Commission published in the Federal Register an extension of those dates.  The Commission will accept comments received by March 21, 2025.  The revised rules become effective on April 7, 2025.

On January 29, 2025, the Commission issued its decision in Bluestone Oil Corporation, Docket No. WEVA 2022-0176 et al.
